       سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتنمية المهارات اللازمة لمهن ووظائف المستقبل فى ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من خلال استعراض مفهوم الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وخصائصها والمهن والوظائف التى تتطلبها ، والمهارات المرتبطة بتلک المهن والوظائف ومتطلبات تنمية تلک المهارات ، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية .
       استعانت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي ، مستخدمة الإستبانة وسيلة لجمع بياناتها التي تم إعدادها وتقنينها وتطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية ، بلغت 200 ، بنسبة (9.6%) تقريبا ، من المجتمع الأصلي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والبالغ (2091) عضوا في العام الجامعي (2019/2020) ، وقد بلغ عدد الاستبيانات الصالحة للتفريغ والتحليل الإحصائي (154)،   بنسبة77 %تقريبا ، للتعرف على آرائهم حول المهارات اللازمة للإعداد لمهن ووظائف المستقبل فى ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ، ومتطلبات تنميتهامن وجهة نظرهم حول أهمية تلک المهارات لمواکبة متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ودرجة توافرها ، إضافة الى أرائهم حول متطلبات تنمية تلک المهارات .
    وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أنالمهارات اللازمة للإعداد لمهن ووظائف المستقبل فى ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ، والتى أشار أفراد العينة الى أنها مهمة بدرجة کبيرة ، تمثلت فى ثلاث مجموعات من المهارات هي: مهارات التعلم و الإبداع ، مهارات الثقافة الرقمية ، مهارات الحياة و العمل ، تضمنت کل مجموعة عددا من المهارات الفرعية ، کما أشاروا الى إن تلک المهارات متوفرة لدى الطلاب بدرجة متوسطة ، کما توصلت الدراسة الى أن متطلبات تنمية تلک المهارات التى يرى افراد العينة انا مهمة بدرجة کبيرة تتمثل توفير مجموعة من المتطلبات تتعلق بکل من أهداف التعليم الجامعي , والبيئة الجامعية ، وعضو هيئة التدريس ، المناهج التعليمية وکذلک الطالب الجامعى ، والشراکة بين الجامعة و المؤسسات الإنتاجية و الصناعية ، ويرى أفراد العينة أن تلک المتطلبات متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة ، کما أشارت الدراسة الى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات آراء أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغيرات النوع ، ونوع الکليات ، و الوظيفة ، وقدمت الدراسة فى نهايتها رؤية مقترحة لتوفير متطلبات تنمية المهارات اللازمة للإعداد لمهن ووظائف المستقبل فى ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ، متضمنة منطلقاتها ، وإبعادها ، ومکوناتها ، وآليات تنفيذها ، ومعوقات تنفيذها وکيفية التغلب عليها ومؤشرات نجاحها.

     The current study sought to present a proposed vision for developing the skills needed for future occupations and jobs under the Fourth Industrial Revolution by reviewing the concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its characteristics and occupations and jobs that it requires, and the skills associated with those occupations and jobs and the requirements for developing those skills, from the viewpoint of faculty members at Menoufia University.
       The study used to achieve its goals through the descriptive approach procedures, using the questionnaire as a way to collect data that was prepared, codified and applied to a sample of faculty members at Menoufia University, amounting to approximately 200, (approximately 9.6%), of the original community of faculty members and the amount (2091) members in the university year (2019/2020), The number of valid questionnaires for unloading and statistical analysis reached (154), by about 77%, to get to know their views on the skills needed for future careers and jobs in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the requirements for their development from their point of view on the importance of those skills to keep pace with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution And the degree of availability, in addition to their views on the requirements to develop those skills.
    The study found that the skills needed for future careers and jobs in the shadow of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which members of the sample indicated are extremely important, were represented by three sets of skills: learning and creativity skills, digital culture skills, life and work skills, which included all A set of a number of sub-skills. They also indicated that these skills are available to students with an average degree. The study also concluded that the development of these skills can be done through - the opinion of the sample members is very important - providing a set of requirements related to each of the goals of university education , The university environment, the faculty member, educational curricula, as well as the university student, and the partnership between the university and the productive and industrial institutions, and it is available at an average degree, as the study indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the opinions of the members of the sample according to the variables of type, type of colleges and academic rank.
    At the end of the study, a proposed vision was presented to provide the requirements for developing the skills needed for future occupations and jobs under the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including its premises and dimensions. A, its components and implementation mechanisms.
