صعوبات تدريس مادة الفيزياء في المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية لواء عين الباشا

المستخلص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه المعلمين في تدريس مادة الفيزياء للمرحلة المتوسطة في مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء عين الباشا، حيث استخدم المنهاج الوصفي المسحي بتوزيع استبانه اشتملت على أربعة مجالات: ( مجال الطالب ، مجال المعلم ، مجال الوسائل التعليمية ، ومجال المنهاج) واشتملت کل فقرة على خمسة بدائل وتکونت العينة من المعلمين جميعهم من الذکور والإناث الذين يدرسون مادة الفيزياء للصفين التاسع والعاشر في مديرية لواء عين الباشا ؛ وکانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن مجال الطالب يشکل أکبر صعوبة في تدريس مادة الفيزياء، ثم مجال الوسائل التعليمية ومجال المعلم وأخيراً مجال المنهاج وجاءت الفقرات ذات الأهمية المرتفعة في مجال الطالب وتمثلت في ضعف مهارات الطلبة في الرياضيات وبمتوسط حسابي( 4.54)، وقلة المفاهيم الفيزيائية السابقة لدى الطلبة وبمتوسط حسابي (4.23) ،وکثرة عدد الطلاب في الصف وبمتوسط حسابي (3.82)، وفي مجال البيئة التعليمية قلة الوسائل التعليمية في المدرسة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.81 ) وفي مجال المنهاج قلة ربط المفاهيم بالحياة العملية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.76) وهي من أکثر الأسباب التي تعيق تدريس مادة الفيزياء من وجهة نظر المعلمين في هذه المديرية.

This study aims to identify the challenges that the teachers of physics face while teaching physics to intermediate students in Ein Al Basha Educational Directorate. The descriptive approached was used to collect data through survey. The researcher used a questionnaire that includes four domains; (the student, the teacher , the educational aids , and the curriculum ) each paragraph includes five alternatives. The sample included all the male and the female teachers who teach physics to the ninth and the tenth grades in Ein Albasha Educational Directorate. The Most Important result that the survey indicated was that the student’s domain was the most challenging, then the Educational Aids , the teacher’s domain and finally the curriculum .With regard to the student’s domain, the paragraph that showed high frequency was the weakness in arithmetic skills with a rate of ( 4.54) and the scarcity of physics items and terminology with a rate of ( 4.23 ) and the large number of students in the classrooms with a rate of (3.82) . With regard to the educational environment, the lack of educational aids had the rate of (3.81). With regards to the curriculum, the failure in connecting life skill with the what is learned got the rate of ( 3.76). These are the challenges that the teachers encounter while teaching physics in AinAlbasha Educational Directorate.
