هدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى وعى طلبة التدريب الميداني في کلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم التربويين، کما هدفت الکشف عن وجود دلالة ذات فروق إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى وعى طلبة التدريب الميداني في کلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم التربويين تعزي للمتغيرات (الجنس، التخصص، مکان التسجيل، مستوى الطالب/المعلم)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها(198) مشرفا ومشرفة، وأظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الکلية للمقياس حصلت على وزن نسبي (78.50%) وجاءت بدرجة کبيرة وجاءت ترتيب المحاور تنازليا کالتالي محور أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم الوجدانية حصل على المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (80.55%) وبدرجة کبيرة ، محور أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم المهارية حصل على المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبي (79.97%) وبدرجة کبيرة ، ومحور أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم المعرفية حصل على المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي (74.61%) وبدرجة کبيرة، کما بينت النتائج بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول وعي طلبة التدريب الميداني في کلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم التربويين تعزى للمتغيرات الدراسة، وأوصت الدراسة العمل على زيادة الاهتمام بالتدريب الميداني لطلبة کلية التربية في جامعة الأقصى.

Abstract:
The study aimed at identifying the awareness level of the field training students in the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession from the views of their educational supervisors and detecting the statistically significant differences between the responses of the study's sample about the level of awareness of field training students at the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession from the views of their educational supervisors attributed to the variables (gender, major, place of registration, student/teacher level). The researchers used the analytical descriptive method. The study's tool was a questionnaire applied to (198) supervisors. The main results of the study were as the following: the total score of the questionnaire had a large degree with relative weight (78.50%). As well as there were statistically significant differences at among the averages of the sample ratings on the awareness level of the field training students in the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession from the views of their educational supervisors attributed to the variables. Finally, the researchers recommended working to increase the focus on the field training of students of the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University.
