The research aims to investigate the effectiveness of using an interactive e-book in developing citizenship values among kindergarten children in Mecca. The researchers employed a quasi-experimental design with two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group consisted of 23 boys and girls, while the control group consisted of 23 boys and girls from kindergarten children in Mecca. They were randomly selected. The research tool included a visual test for citizenship values. The study identified a list of citizenship values among kindergarten children and found a statistically significant difference at the (a ≥ 0.05) level between the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group in measuring citizenship values among kindergarten children, in favor of the post-test. Additionally, a statistically significant difference at the (a ≥ 0.05) level was found between the average scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test measuring citizenship values among kindergarten children, in favor of the experimental group. The research recommended utilizing interactive e-books to develop citizenship values among kindergarten children, and to support the educational and pedagogical activities provided to kindergarten children. It also suggested conducting training courses for kindergarten teachers on how to design and use interactive e-books to keep up with technological advancements.
