The study aimed to identify the role of Islamic studies teachers in developing the decision-making ability in the jurisprudence course among middle school students in Riyadh. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The study tools were a questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of (42) Islamic studies teachers for the intermediate stage in Riyadh. The results of the study found an increase in the role of Islamic studies teachers in developing decision-making skills as a whole in the jurisprudence course among middle school students in Riyadh, and a high role of Islamic studies teachers in developing each of the decision-making skills separately in the jurisprudence course for middle school students in Riyadh. The results of the study found that the role of Islamic Studies teachers in developing the skill of identifying the problem in the curriculum of jurisprudence among middle students in Riyadh City was highly. The role of Islamic Studies teachers in developing the skill of identifying alternatives available in the curriculum of jurisprudence among middle students in Riyadh has been highly developed. The role of Islamic Studies teachers in developing the skill of balancing alternatives available in the curriculum of jurisprudence among middle students in Riyadh has come to a moderate degree. The role of Islamic Studies teachers in developing the appropriate decision-making skill in the curriculum of jurisprudence among middle students in Riyadh came at a medium level.
