The Study Aimed to Analyze the Reality of Dialogue Culture at Prince Sat tam bin Abdul-Aziz University from the Viewpoint of Faculty Members and Ways to Enhance it, And to Determine the Differences in the Views of the Sample Members Towards the Degree of Practicing a Culture of Dialogue for Faculty Members According to Variables: (Gender, College Path, Academic Rank, Years of Experience),To Achieve this, The Descriptive Approach was Used, and a Questionnaire Consisting of (50) Paragraphs was Designed, Distributed on Three Axes, and a Sample of Faculty Members at Prince Sat tam University was Reached (240) Members,Among the Most Important Results of the Research, is That the Teaching Staff of Prince Sat tam University in the Culture of Dialogue in General Came to a Large Degree,In Terms of the Reality of Promoting a Culture of Dialogue at the University, and Obstacles to its Implementation Among Students, And the Mechanisms for Strengthening them, as the Results Showed that There are no Statistically Significant Differences in the Views of the Faculty Members Towards the Reality of the Culture of Dialogue at Prince Sat tam University According to the Variable of Years of Experience, Whereas, there were Differences in the Views of the Sample Members Towards the Reality of the Culture of Dialogue, According to the Variable of: The Academic Rank and Sex (for the Benefit of Males), and According to the Variable of the College Pathway (in Favor of the Human and Moral Path).
