The current research problem was the following question: Is it possible to predict the occurrence of some symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder through perfectionism, perceived parental style, and stressful life events? To achieve this goal, the researcher has codified several measures: the obsessive-compulsive disorder measure, perfectionism, the perceived parental pattern, and stressful life events. Especially among university students. The research sample included 537 university students. The number of males is 154, and the number of females is 446, and their ages ranged between 18-23 years.
Previous studies were presented through five axes: a study on obsessive-compulsive disorder and its relationship to perfectionism, a study of obsessive-compulsive disorder and its relationship to the perceived parental pattern and a study of obsessive-compulsive disorder in its relationship to stressful life events. As for the results of the study, they were as follows: -The dimensions of perfectionism, perceptions of parents, and stressful life events contribute to predicting symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder
- The perfectionism contributes to predicting symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in a sample of university students.
- The perceptions of parents contribute to predicting symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in a sample of university students
- Stressful life events contribute to predicting symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in a sample of university students.
- The interaction between the variables of the perceptions of parents and the stressful life events contribute to the prediction of symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in a sample of university students.
- The interaction between the variables (perfectionism, perceptions of parents, and stressful life events) contributes to the prediction of symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in a sample of university students.

This study aimed to construct a proposed strategy in the renewed community partnership between Saudi universities and local community institutions to meet the research needs and projects in light of the global experiences. The researcher used the deductive and analytical descriptive approaches, which were appropriate to identify the reality of the community partnership between Saudi universities, and constructing the proposed strategy for renewed community partnership through the systems analysis model and get benefit from the results of the theoretical and field study. The study community and its sample consisted of the teaching staff members of University of Bisha, who were about (479) members, assistant professors and above. The study has been limited to partnership between the university, the local community and the private sector in comparison countries (United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada), and studying the obstacles of partnership between Saudi universities and the local community in facing research needs and projects (University of Bisha and its local community as a model) to apply questionnaire. The study has shown many results, the most important of which are: There is agreement among the study sample individuals on the obstacles of community partnership related to the local community to a large extent, the obstacles related to the university that hinder societal partnership between universities and the local community to a great extent, where the arithmetic average for this axis reached (2.45), There is agreement among the study members about the obstacles of community partnership related to the local community significantly with a general arithmetic average (2.57), also there is agreement among the study members about the requirements of the community partnership significantly and with an arithmetic average (2.44). There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) in the "axis of “Community Partnership Related to the University" attributed to the academic rank (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor and Professor) in favor of the rank of professor and associate professor. In light of the results, the study presented a proposed strategy that includes a renewed community partnership between the university and the local community to meet the research needs and projects in light of some global experiences.

The present study aimed at preparing a remedial program based on differentiated instruction to improve reading performance, reading comprehension and self-esteem for gifted students with learning difficulties in the last three grades of elementary education. The program consisted of two levels; the first level is for improving students' reading performance while the second level is for improving students' reading comprehension. For identifying the impact of the program, three instruments were developed. They were a reading performance scale, a reading comprehension test, and a self-esteem scale. Moreover, two other instruments for data collection were also developed; a Learning pattern questionnaire and a multiple intelligence scale.
After scientifically controlling the sample, the piloting of the instruments was conducted on five students in addition to those who participated in the experimentation. Students were divided into two treatment groups: The first group was those of gifted students with low reading performance and they were six to whom the first level of the program was presented. The second group was those students with low level in reading comprehension and they were four to whom the second level of the program was presented.
After pre-post testing, it was found that there were significant statistical differences between the means of the score ranks of the first treatment group on the reading performance scale as a whole and its sub-skills separately favoring the post measurement except three sub-skills and two other main ones, they were insignificant, it was also found that there were no significant statistical differences between the pre-post measurements in the means of the score ranks of the second treatment group on the reading comprehension test as a whole and between its sub-skills separately, and there were significant statistical differences of the means of the score ranks of the first treatment group on the self-esteem scale as a whole and its sub-domains separately favoring the post measurement, also, there were no significant statistical differences between the pre-post measurements in the means of the score ranks of the second treatment group on the self-esteem scale as a whole and its sub-domains separately. A number of recommendations and suggestions for further research were presented in the study.

The aim of the research is to know the availability of language communication skills in the content of the reading and expression book for non-Arabic speaking students. It also aimed to develop a proposed scenario for developing the content of the two books in the light of language communication skills. A list of appropriate language communication skills was prepared for them, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method in analyzing the content of the books. Iterations and percentages were calculated in the statistical processing, and the following results were reached.
- In the reading book: The reading skill came first, with a percentage (20.5); writing skill came second, with a percentage (15.9); the speaking skill came in the third place, with a percentage (11.4); the listening skill ranked last, with a percentage (3.96); and the percentage of language communication skills as a whole came (51.8%), which is a low percentage, indicating that the content of the book did not take adequate account of language communication skills.
- In the book of expression: the writing skill ranked first with a percentage (15.9%); the reading skill came second, with a percentage (12.02%); the speaking skill ranked third with a percentage (10.6%); the listening skill ranked last, with a percentage (6.2%); The percentage of linguistic communication skills as a whole came (45%), which is a low percentage, and indicates that the content of the book did not take sufficient account of the language communication skills.
- Based on the previous results, the researcher saw that the content of the book reading and expression in question needs an enrichment process because of an increased focus on skills at the expense of other skills, and therefore a proposed concept was developed to develop the content of the books in the light of language communication skills, where balance was taken into account in the main language communication skills, both main and substantial skills.

The aim of the current research is to clarify the educational intentions of the dawah discourse, clarify what is meant by its renewal, the justifications for its renewal and its controls, and then present proposed educational requirements for its renewing; As one of the most important modern and life issues concerning the lives of Muslims; Especially in light of the contemporary challenges. The researcher used the deductive and descriptive approach. Among the results of the research: that the dawah discourse is of the utmost importance due to its great educational goals; Especially in light of the prevailing civilizational conditions and challenges today. And that the renewal of the discourse stems from Islam itself, and part of it and is derived from its foundations, and did not stem from external influences, and that keeping up with the Islamic discourse and its renewal does not mean prejudice to the Islamic doctrine or a constant of the principles of Islam, and a correct understanding requires renewing its form, style, content, means and ways to communicate it, Those responsible for it developed thought and practice, and the educational requirements most in need to renewal the discourse of dawah crystallize in the correct understanding of the purposes of Islam, taking into account the jurisprudence of priorities and literature of discord, universality, and the promotion of renewal, based on the principle of civilized dialogue, the development of discourse ways. Hence, the researcher recommended the necessity of coexistence to address the reality, and address the concerns, issues and problems of people with companion treatment, and warns against the drives behind the deceptive slogans calling for the renewal of discourse in order to secularize Islam and remove elements of civilized force from it, as well as the need to take care of preparing preachers in a setting that is appropriate for performing their duties in the west to communicate the ideal image of Islam and erase the false image of it, renewal the institutional curricula for preparing imams and preachers, and keeping pace with modern developments.

The present study aimed to investigate the concept and features of moderation in Islam, to identify the role of kindergarten stage in raising the child on moderation, to define the educational applications of moderation in kindergarten, to help activate moderation in kindergarten, and to take a stand towards the ideas of deviation and extremism.
The importance of this study stemmed from the importance of the issue it discusses as achieving moderation among the members of the Muslim community is a social and educational necessity anytime and anywhere. Besides, activating moderation establishes stability in the entire community, especially in the present time that suffers from the lack of moderation and the prevalence of fanaticism, extremism, and violence. Moreover, the study presents some educational applications of moderation in kindergarten, as an educational institution, that plays a role in achieving this principle from an Islamic perspective to ensure the achievement of positive educational goals in the light of Islamic education. It is an objective response to the recommendations of some previous studies and conferences on consolidating moderation among the generations. It may also help disseminate moderation in the educational process. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach because of its appropriateness to the topic. Based on the analytical study, a set of results were concluded. For example:
- Moderate education that does not tend to overuse or alienation is the balanced and moderate education that raises a good generation, which applies moderation.
- Raising child on moderation in Islam was highly concerned to prevent them from having deviant and extreme ideas.
- Moderate education should be fostered since early childhood to produce its expected results. Kindergartens play a considerable role in fostering moderation among children.
- Children should acquire the skills of critical and scientific thinking and avoiding imitation without understanding.

This study aimed to identify the obstacles that prevented governmental educational institutions in the State of Kuwait in the precautionary period - during the crisis of the outbreak of the emerging Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the country - to be able to continue to provide/facilitate basic educational services to its beneficiaries in the virtual environment according to distance teaching/learning strategy; through the employment of e-teaching/learning and/or online teaching/learning and/or mobile teaching/learning approaches; by using information and communication technology (ICT) tools, apps, services, resources, and networks; from the viewpoint of faculty members at Kuwait University. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed identifying the obstacles in three domains/dimensions: logistical, academic, and administrative, and then indicating the degree of influence of each. The study also attempted to determine whether some independent/factor variables (e.g., gender, nationality, type of major, type of college, and teaching experience) contribute in statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average scores of the faculty members’ responses. A stratified sample of 495 faculty members at Kuwait University willingly participated in the study. The data were collected in the spring semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. A set of descriptive and inferential statistics were employed to analyze the data. The results indicated that the three domains of obstacles showed a “large” degree of influence (M = 3.37, SD = 0.75, RII = 0.67); where the faculty members expressed a “medium-high” approval of all influencing factors listed in the three domains. Administrative obstacles attained the highest mean scores with a “very large” effect degree (M = 4.04, SD = 0.81, RII = 0.81), followed by academic obstacles with a “large” effect rate (M = 3.23, SD = 0.92, RII = 0.65), then the logistical obstacles with a “moderate” effect size (M = 2.84, SD = 1.03, RII = 0.57). The findings also revealed several statistically significant differences among the constituents regarding some independent/factor variables (i.e., gender, nationality, type of major, and type of college). The study concluded with a few recommendations.
