We examined information processing types and its relationship with hemispheric differences, and student achievements. The sample consists of 283 participants from Sohag faculty of education. We used Brain program to measure the hemispheric activity difference sand establish a test to measure the information processing types using E-Prime Professional 2.0 Software. For the achievements we calculated the average of the students’ grade for the past three years. Results showed that:
1- There is a varied significance and relationship between information processing types and hemispheric activity.
2- There is no specialty between information processing types and Hemispheric differences.
3- Visual information processing was the dominant for the students using left hemisphere, or using both hemisphere equally. While auditory information processing was dominant for the students, using right hemisphere.
4- Visual information processing was dominant for the student's achievements more than 70%.
5- Achievements could not be predicted by preferred information processing types or by hemispheric activation.
6- Hemispheric activity could be predicted from information processing types.

Summary
The present study aimed to examine how different preferences learning styles among students in the preparatory stage depending on emotional intelligence, and gender, and the disclosure of the relationship between the preferences of learning styles and academic achievement for students of the preparatory stage Mrtfie and middle and low emotional intelligence, in addition to the disclosure of the relative contribution to the preferences of learning methods in prediction academic achievement of students at the junior high and middle Mrtfie and low emotional intelligence.
The study sample consisted of basic (200) students of junior high school students, for the academic year (2013-2014 AD), has reached an average age of time (13.86) years and a standard deviation of (0.78) years. Using a scale of preferences learning methods in the light of the model Dunn, as well as a measure of emotional intelligence are two of the preparation/ researcher, led the study results from the lack of significant differences statistic in the Preferences learning styles according to the model Dunn between the mean scores of students are low- and middle and Mrtfie emotional intelligence middle school, lack of statistically significant differences between the sexes in the learning styles favorites (analytical, and totalitarian), having a correlation function at the level (0.01) between academic achievement and learning styles favorite among students in the preparatory stage Mtfawty emotional intelligence , different relative contribution to the preferences of learning methods in predicting academic achievement where shares learning style totalitarian variation of the dependent variable (academic achievement) Ptbaena amount of (R ²) and value (0.806) and the rate of contribution of (6.80%) in the dependent variable (academic achievement), and the value of the ratio alpha (F) calculated to determine significance regression (1652.602) which is the value of a function at the level of less than (0.01), as well as the value of the ratio of (T) calculated to determine significance of regression (40.652), a value statistically significant at the level of less than (0.01), which confirms the strength of the link between learning style totalitarian and academic Achievement.

This study aimed to attempt to detect the most important requirements for the application of the Six Sigma methodology to improve the performance of the administrative apparatus at Hafr Al-batin Faculty of Education - University of Dammam, the the researcher used descriptive method using a questionnaire have been applied to a random sample of faculty members of Hafr Al-batin Faculty of Education - University of Dammam.
The study found that the most important of these requirements include: requirements of Definition stage: spreading the culture of Six Sigma methodology and objectives within the faculty, meet the needs of the community and its institutions from faculty, educate all employees and the administrative persons with activities and administrative processes that can be applied methodology Six Sigma, training college staff and all employees to accomplish the tasks correctly from the first time to avoid errors . Requirements of measurement stage: Availability of advanced methods and modern techniques to gather information and data needed to overcome the problems encountered in operations, Educate workers with statistic tools used in the methodology of Six Sigma, and how it is used, design tools to measure of processes and activities within the time allowed, involvement of teams and all implementing in the design of measurement tools. Requirements of analysis stage: diagnosis and study of the symptoms of deviations, and analysis of its causes, performance evaluate the work to remedy deficiencies, formation of work teams and determine the appropriate measurement tools, identify the current status of the various processes and activities in order to emphasize the reasons for increasing the effectiveness of the process. Requirements of Improvement stage: provide a regulatory environment conducive to improving the performance of the administrative system, a set of operational plans to improve operations, develop mechanisms for the review of errors that have been detected in the operations or activities, propose innovative solutions to fix the problems discovered. Requirements of Control stage: Ensure workflow according to the mechanisms for implementing the methodology of Six Sigma, set controls to ensure that no performance degradation after improved, creating a permanent mechanism to monitor the errors that may show the process and corrected in a timely manner, improve the results of the post-implementation in light of the standards set previously.
The study also found that there are no significant differences among the scores average of the study sample according to the variables: (Current Position – Degree - the number of years of experience) about the requirements for stages following to apply the methodology of Six Sigma: (definition – Measurement – Analysis - Improvement -Control).
