The current research problem was the low summarizing skills that student teachers have in their various specializations (Literary-Scientific). Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the developed six steps (SQ4R) strategy on developing some of the summarizing skills required for student teachers through a proposed unit based on that strategy. Among the research tools used were 1- A diagnostic test to identify a list of summarizing skills. 2- A written summary test was included. 3- Rubric scorecard. 4- A teacher's guide. The research group consisted of (123) students from the (Arabic - Biological Sciences). The results showed the effectiveness of the developed SQ4R strategy in the development of summarizing skills in the research. The difference was statistically significant at (0.05) in favor of the post-application of the written summarizing skills test as a whole. The results also showed that there was differences between the group members' scores in summarizing at the levels of (the sentence - the paragraph - the text). This discrepancy was in favor of the summary at the level of (the text). It also revealed that there was a difference in the mean score for the favor of specialization (literary) compared to the specialization (scientific); Note that there was no difference between their mean score in the post-application.

This current research aimed at exploring the effectiveness of content management e-system in developing secondary school female teachers' skills of designing cognitive excursions strategy in instructional situations. In order to achieve the objective of this research, the researcher designed and prepared content for the skills of designing cognitive excursions strategy using content management e-system, together with preparing a teacher guide and research instruments which were made valid and reliable.
The research adopted the quasi-experimental design. It was applied to a sample of 24 secondary school female teachers, Riyadh region. To test the research hypotheses, relevant statistical methods, standard deviation, T-test for paired samples, and eta-squared values (η2(.
The research came up with the following findings:
There is a statistically significant difference, at 0.01 level, between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre-post-test – achievement test based on the cognitive aspect of cognitive excursions strategy skills in favour of the post-test.
There is a statistically significant difference, at 0.01 level, between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre-post-test – product rating card related to cognitive excursions strategy skills in favour of the post-test.
The study results indicated:
The Effectiveness of e-content management system based educational programme in developing secondary school female teachers' cognitive aspect related to designing excursions strategy skills. - There is a high level above average from students' engagement for faculty of education first year students in university of Alexandria.
-There are statistical significant differences in students' engagement for faculty of education first year students in university of Alexandria in respect to difference of academic motivation orientation (intrinsic- extrinsic) for students who have extrinsic academic motivation orientation.
-There are statistical significant differences in students' engagement for faculty of education first year students in university of Alexandria in respect to difference of their perceived learning environment levels (high- medium- low) for the students with high level.
-There are statistical significant differences in students' engagement for faculty of education first year students in university of Alexandria in respect to difference of gender (male- female) in favor of male.
-There are statistical significant differences in students' engagement for faculty of education first year students in university of Alexandria in respect to difference of field of study (science- arts) in favor of scientific departments' students.

Abstract:
The research aimed to determine the effect of teaching science according to the numbered heads together strategy on first-grade preparatory stage students’ academic achievement and achievement motivation in science. The research groups consisted of (62) students in the first grade from two preparatory schools in Aswan. The experimental group taught the unit of "Matter and its Structure" according to the numbered heads together strategy, while the control group taught according to the usual method. For answering the research questions and verifying its hypotheses, a teacher’s guide and a student’s booklet, as well as two instruments were prepared. The t-test for independent and paired samples and the Cohen’s d for measuring the effect size were used to analyze the collected data of students. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences for the experimental group at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of experimental and control groups in both: the academic achievement, and the achievement motivation in science. In addition, there was a large effect size of the numbered heads together strategy on the dependent variables. Based on the results, some recommendations and suggestions are provided.

The contemporary world is witnessing accelerating developments in economic, social, cultural and political systems; the educational system of the twenty-first century has, as a result, been called on to keep pace with this development, which has been accompanied by the intensification of competition among the various institutions, This has led to the emergence of the term "competitiveness", which has increased interest in and talk about it lately. This term, like many terms, has shifted to the field of education, and has become one of the criteria against which the quality of work in educational institutions, including universities, is measured. I have known competitiveness as To create a unique feature that the university excels on competitors, that is, the competitive advantage makes the university unique and distinct from other competitors.
The results of previous studies indicate that Egyptian universities are largely away from global competitiveness, and that there are many obstacles to achieving this, which depend not only on one aspect but also on the core functions of the university, whether in teaching, scientific research or community service.
A number of researchers have pointed out that business ethics play an important role in raising the competitiveness of universities, and therefore the study attempted to develop a suggested perspective for consolidation the business ethics to enhance the Competitiveness of the Egyptian universities.
The study used the descriptive approach, and tried to answer the following questions:
1- What is the conceptual framework of competitiveness in universities?
2-What are the main problems of Egyptian universities that prevent them from achieving competitiveness?
-What are the most important features of the concept of business ethics?3
4-How can business ethics be consolidation in Egyptian universities to enhance their competitiveness?
At the end of the study, the researcher presented a suggested perspective for establishing the business ethics to enhance the competitiveness of the Egyptian universities., included the following: rules and legislations, accountability, motivation, awareness, performance evaluation, participation, improvement of the work environment and maximizing the values of integrity and transparency , Training, and human resources management.

The reserch aimed to verify the effectiveness of antraining program based on tolerance the prevention of intellectual terrorism of students in Taif university. The sample consisted of (15) students. The sample was divided into two groups: the first group consisted of (8) students in the experimental group, and the second (7) students in the control group, the researchers prepared the following tools (The measure of intellectual terrorism - training program based on tolerance - Self-assessment scale for experimental procedures), and the pilot group of the tolerance-based training program was offered (22) sessions at the rate of two sessions per week. After the end of the training program, the measure of intellectual terrorism was re-applied after one month of the first application. In order to process the results and validate the hypotheses, the Mann Whitney, Friedman, Wilcoxson. The results were to reduce the intellectual terrorism of the experimental group during the post-measurement when compared with the students of the control group, and the continuity of the positive effect of the program during the follow up measurement of the group. After a month of telemetry, the results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and the results of previous research.

The electronic knowledge resources provided enormous abilities to reduce the disadvantages of traditional Education and to provide interactive, communicative and positive, also flexibility and availability as effective solutions for student learning. Many Electronic tools were used for educational activities. Despite the enormous advantages offered by e-learning, some criticisms leaded to appearance of the Blended-Learning; which offers integration that combined the advantages of traditional with E-learning, Moreover its application has helped to achieve many educational outcomes. Although the importance role of Internet in Blended- Learning, many students are wasting the learning time in web browsing, Web-Quest provides ideal solutions to overcome these challenges; it enable learner to take advantage of effective Blended-learning opportunities without wasting time and effort, and the teacher ensure that students are positively navigating their activities and achieving knowledge, thus consider effective use of IT in the digital era.
The current study aimed to apply Web-Quest through Google Drive, to raise the opportunities for integrated education for the student teacher, it takes 8 meetings of the course to both experimental and control group, an achievement test in addition to a “scale of the attitudes towards the using of E-resources” were applied, Pre and Post the implementation of Web-Quest prepared lessons. The quantitative and qualitative results indicated significant differences for employing Quest-Web in enhancing the achievement and “attitudes towards using of E-resources” in favor of Expermental group and Post-test. The study recommended expand the using of Web Quest.
