Abstract
The current research examines the dynamics between the life skills of university youth and their relationship with the ability to manage their economic crisis, which is imposed by the nature of the current conditions in the Egyptian society, especially in light of the repercussions of the events of the Arab Spring revolutions and the revolution of 25th January
The study dealt with the definition of its terms (Dynamics, Youth, Relationships Life Skills, Economical crisis ,Economical Crisis Management) And the use of the relationship between the life skills of the university youth and their ability to manage economic crises by directing aspects in the life skills of university youth according to the variables of study (Sex,age, the educational level of father,the educational level of mother ،monthly income of the family) Identify differences in the management of economic crises among youth According to the same research variables as well as the verification of the existence of a relationship of statistical significance between the skills of life crisis management among university youth And identify the relative importance of different life skills and crisis management among youth
And finally to identify the relative weight of the dimensions of life skills among university youth . The study was applied to the basic sample and consisted of 150 youth and university students aged 17-25 years In a number of faculties( Helwan University ،Cairo university, Ain Shams University in the governorates of Cairo and Giza. Data collection , the youth skills scale and the economic crisis management measure were used in data collection. The most important results of he study were:
1-There are statistically significant differences between the dimensions of life skills among university youth according to the study variables
2-There are statistically significant differences between the management of economic crises among university youth according to the study variables
3-There is a statistical correlation between the life skills of university youth and the management of economic crises
4-The relative importance differs according to both of life skills and economic crisis management difference among university youth varies according to the study variables
5-The relative weight varies depending on the life skills of youth.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to suggesta strategy to develop the governmental language schools in the light of educational accreditation standards. To achieve this goal, the current situation of the governmental language schools was analyzed. Also, a strategy was designed according to Pfeifer model and SWOT model. The study revealed that developing the governmental language schools can be achieved via developing their staff, building human abilities, developing their physical resources, utilizing the surrounding environment to develop them, and encouraging increasing joining learners these schools.

study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of Generative Learning Model(GLM) on some mathematical processes and achievement motivation for low-achiever primary stage students. Two groups of students (30 each) were selected, one representing the experimental group and the other representing the control one. To answer the question of the study, a math's processes test and achievement motivation test were developed. The researcher concluded that GLM was significantly effective on improving some mathematical processes at the levels of remembering, knowledge, applying and the total. Finally, the results revealed that GLM is effective in developing achievement motivation for elementary students.

Abstract: The current research aimed to identify the relationship between the parents 'future anxiety and some variables: parents' level of education, their knowledge of sign language, their access to training in hearing disabilities, the degree of hearing impairment in children (deafness- hearing impairment), gender (male- female). A Future Anxiety scale- prepared by/ Jalal Ali Ibrahim Elena was used. The study sample consisted of 25 parents with hearing disabilities. The results of the study showed a high level of future anxiety in both illiterate parents and parents who do not know the sign language; parents of children with deafness, and showed a low level of future anxiety among parents with training courses in hearing disabilities. And there were no significant differences between the parents of both male and female children with hearing disabilities.

school map considers an important pillar in “ The Economics of Education “and it contribute to evaluate of future plans on scientific methodological and economic basis without waste resulting from urban expansion errors of schools.
Overcoming some educational problems related to the increasing number of students , a few numbers for some specialized ,distribution of teachers to schools ,in different regions of
the state , also include expansions in construction and reconstruction of the state .
It is an ambitious and modern project ,it can serve Educators , Planners ,Citizens , and Students .

The research aims at showing the role of digital school map as an educational planning device, also shown the main factors in its preparation.

Engagement in voluntary work is a symbol of the nation's progress and development. That is, the more progress and development a nation has, the more engaged its citizens in charity and voluntary work are. Volunteering is a requirement of contemporary life that led to development and rapid progress in all fields.
Voluntary work is a humanitarian and social act that requires the culture of sacrifice and caring for others. It is deeply rooted in the Islamic culture and Arab traditions. Unfortunately, it ceased because of the promotion of private interests over the public ones; weakness of social relations; and receding the concepts of locality, community and neighborhood. People are no longer keen on contacting with each other as if providing help and asking others is a kind of intervening with others.
However, with the complexity of social life; the development of circumstances; and the rapid social, economic, security, and technological changes, we are faced with new situations and circumstances that can't sometimes be faced by governments. Accordingly, all efforts shall collaborate to face such reality and situations. The effective role of voluntary work is highlighted by supporting the official efforts.
Since the cultural and value system affects the motives and causes of people, its aspect is an effective factor in voluntary work. Although the Islamic culture includes many values that motivate doing good deeds and practicing voluntary work, the voluntary culture in our society is low effective and suffers from many key problems, e.g. the rigid and traditional intellectual discourse in the field and the gab between theory and practice. Despite prioritizing voluntary work in Islam, its fields were almost limited to some traditional activities that it became only related to the concept of charitable work. In other words, voluntary works are limited to advocacy aspects and helping the needy. In addition, the other aspects have not received due attention.
Mostafa and Khamees (2006) argued that the educated Egyptian woman, at the various levels, is mainly interested in her personal and family life as a wife, mother and a housewife in charge of the affairs of her family at any cost. This is reflected in her low participation in the public life socially and politically because she is not motivated to participate and is unaware of the importance of the political participation and the social earnings she may receive.
Consequently, woman is a key pillar of family and society at the same time. It is also important to note that she participates in voluntary work according to her ability as an important member in the society and she also has capabilities that may be unavailable to many men in some issues. Therefore, it is important to define the educational aspects of and obstacles to woman work in voluntarism and set up mechanisms to help the Egyptian woman overcome such obstacles; the objective of the study.
The current study attempts to define the educational aspects of and the cultural to the work of the Egyptian woman in voluntarism by reviewing the educational literature. Accordingly, a set of mechanisms can be introduced to overcome the obstacles to woman work in the field.
Methodology & Tools of the Study:
The author utilized the descriptive and analytical method in collecting and analyzing data as the most suitable to the nature of the study. It is well known that the descriptive and analytical studies have an evaluative and developmental purpose where the author investigates reality to evaluate and contribute to interpretation and development.
To utilize the descriptive and analytical method in defining the reality of voluntary work in Sohag governorate and the causes of woman work in the field, the triangulation approach was adopted. It is based on two or more methods to collect data to examine a certain element of the human behavior. Thus, the author made use of the structured interview and the questionnaire to collect data.
The following results were concluded:
- Voluntary associations in Sohag provide great services to its citizens, especially in the educational issues regarding health care, adult education, keeping and cleaning the environment, teaching the Holy Qur'an, holding symposia to enlighten people on smoking and drugs and helping people establish small projects to be a source of revenue to some poor families.
- There are many obstacles to woman work in voluntarism, including personal, administrative, social and economic aspects.
Finally, a set of mechanisms are provided to overcome the obstacles to the work of the Egyptian woman in voluntarism.

This study amid was to identify the competence level of pre-service teachers of students with visual impairments in college of education at King Khalid of the scientific concepts, skills of teaching science for students with visual impairments in elementery schools, and thier attitudes toward science. The instruments were prepared to verify the purpose of the study by using the test of scientific concepts included in the science curricula in elementary schools, observation card of science skills, and the scale of the attitudes toward science. The study sample consisted of 26 pre-service teachers of students with visual impairments in college of education at King Khalid University. The results were processed statistically using (t) test, percentages, and arithmetic mean. The results also showed a low level of competence among the participants in the scientific concepts, skills of teaching science for students with visual impairments in elementery schools, and thier attitudes toward science.

This study aimed at investigating the connecting relationship kind between the recognized self-efficiency and psychological flexibility for kindergarten pre-service teachers, faculty of Education – Menoufia University. The sample of the study consisted of 150 (1st – 2nd – 3rd – 4th) kindergarten students who are chosen randomly. The researcher used some psychological tools according to each variable (the social and economic level for the family – the progress of years of the study) such as: the recognized self-efficiency tool which is prepared by (Sally Elwan, 2012), the psychological flexibility tool which is prepared by (Prepared by the researcher ).
The results of the study showed middle level of self-recognized efficiency, higher level of psychological flexibility, statistical differences in self-recognized efficiency according to the social and economic level for the family for the increasing of the social and economic level. No statistical differences for the psychological flexibility according to the effect of the social and economic variable, and the progress of years of study and the relationship between them. The results showed also a positive connection relationship between the recognized self-efficiency and psychological flexibility for kindergarten pre-service teachers.

The study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of employing YouTube clips in the development of video production skills and determining their selection specifications from the point of view of the female students of the Special Education Division at Princess Nora University. The study used the semi-experimental approach of one group to answer the study questions by (123) students. The tools of the study were: a list of video educational quality criteria, a questionnaire to verify the contribution of YouTube in improving the learning of Princess University students and a list of specifications to be available when choosing videos on YouTube. The results of the study: The evaluation criteria as a whole were available to a high degree in the videos designed by students. The educational standards ranked first in terms of availability, while the technical standards ranked second with high availability, and that the use of the YouTube has contributed very highly in improving the learning of students. Also, the must be available specifications when choosing YouTube videos for education from the students point of view were largely available. These findings were utilized for the recommendations and proposed studies.

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of electronic tests' anxiety on the performance of the students of Princess Alia University College at Al- Balqa Applied University from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (100) students who were selected randomly at summer semester of the academic year 2016/ 2017, the study used descriptive method and to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher developed a tool consisting of (30) items, its validity and reliability were verified.In order to answer the study questions, the mean and standard deviations were calculated and three-way ANOVA was analyzed. The results of the study showed that (3) items referred to high level and (27) items referred to intermediate level.In addition, there was a difference in the average score of students on the study instrument according to the variables of educational level, specialization, experiences, and courses on the scale as a whole. Using the analysis of the non-interacting three-way ANOVA, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) of the variables, all of which were not statistically significant.The researcher recommended the need to prepare the examination environment and to inform the faculty members of the causes of anxiety and benefit from the guidance programs that lessens the test anxiety and conduct studies focusing on other variables.

Textbook Evaluation: EFL Teachers' Perspectives on Cutting Edge

This study aimed to evaluate Cutting Edge, a textbook which is currently being taught at Najran University’s Preparatory Year Programme. Twelve EFL instructors were asked to share their perspectives about the target textbook, and a forty-item questionnaire, which was developed by Litz (2005), was used for the purposes of the evaluation. The six areas of the textbook that the questionnaire assessed included skills, activities, layout and design, language type, subject and content and practical considerations. The study’s findings revealed that the instructors were largely satisfied with a majority of the textbook’s features. They were most satisfied with the textbook’s layout and design (mean score=3.74), followed by its subject and content (3.65), its skills component (3.63), its activities (3.55) and its language type (3.51). By contrast, the respondents' opinions of the textbook’s practical considerations were unclear.Because the instructors were happy with most aspects of Cutting Edge, it is likely that the textbook will continue to function as a suitable teaching aide during the instruction of English at Najran University’s Preparatory Year Programme. However, it is important to note that this evaluation was based on a select pool of instructors' personal opinions. It is therefore highly recommended that learners be given the opportunity to evaluate the textbook, as well.
