some skills of Holy Quran recitation Rules for first prep. students, and the sample of the study includes ninety students both males and females who were divided into two groups, a control group and the experimental group by forty five students per each, and the sample of the study was from Mankateen preparatory school joint management samalout education, administration which is under Al-Minia directorate for Education, and the study tools and educational materials were a test in recitation rules for first prep. students, and a suggested programme for recitation rules based on the functional entrance, the teacher's guide, and the student’s guide. And the study reached the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the skills of recitation rules for first prep. students , where the experimental group students excelled over the control group students in each skill of the six skills of recitation rules which are (Quraan movements – The rules of silent “N” and tanween – The silent “M” rules – The stressed “M” and “N” rules –Legthen rules - Letters oulets)]]>

5- The proposed program was effective in developing linguistic communication competencies in geographical and historical texts among student teachers, Social Studies department, with a percentage which is not less than (0.6).The effectiveness of Mac Geogian was also measured.
