The current research aimed at developing a proposed perspective for constructing a digital training program and revealing its impact on developing awareness of some global citizenship issues among university students. The research made use of the descriptive method which analyze and diagnose the target phenomenon and verify its diverse aspects, as well as the quasi-experimental method in order to identify the effectiveness of the experimental treatment material in the study main variables and identify the differences among the classificatory variables. The research sample included a number of students who completed the study instruments namely, an achievement and an awareness test of some global issues via social networking sites, educational platforms and educational forums. The results of the study overviewed the form of the proposed digital training program, and verified its effectiveness in developing the cognitive dimension and awareness of some global citizenship issues namely, global peace, cultural diversity, freedom, justice and equality and sustainable development. The results of the study revealed that there is a positive correlation between the development of the cognitive dimension and awareness. Furthermore, it was delineated that the variables of academic and faculty do not impact the results attained. The research recommended familiarizing students with the international organizations, their nature and roles through continuous educational seminars and paying the due attention to the international affairs. The study recommended emphasizing the role of human values in achieving international peace, through intentional programs.
