The present research aims to building a proposed unit in teaching Arabic language based on the value entry and measuring its effectiveness in developing some linguistic concepts and creative linguistic fluency skills in fourth grade primary students. The research sample consisted of (40) students. The results revealed that: There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the pre and post language concepts test in favor of post application, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications of the creative linguistic fluency scale in favor of the post application.
