The current study aimed to determine the structural model of the mindfulness relationship with both gratitude and perceived self-efficacy among a sample of Minia University students, and to detect differences in their scores on the mindfulness scale according to the type variables(male-female) and specialization (practical-theoretical), in addition to detection On the contribution of mindfulness to predicting both gratitude and perceived self-efficacy.The study was conducted on a sample of (588) male and female students at Minia University with an average age of (20.81) years and a standard deviation of (0.92).The researcher has prepared to achieve the goals of her study three tools: a measure of mindfulness, a measure of gratitude and a measure of perceived self-efficacy. The results of the study found that there are no statistically significant differences between the degrees of the study sample on the scale of mindfulness according to the type and specialization variables. The results indicated that there is a perfect match for the structural model the proposed direct and indirect causal relationships between study variables with a matrix of simple correlation coefficients for the relationships between the variables where the results confirmed the possibility of a mindfulness contribution in predicting both gratitude and perceived self-efficacy.
