This study aimed to know the effectiveness of a training program for psychological psychodrama-based theater in building convictions for smoking cessation in adolescents, Where the study sample consisted of 30 adolescent students who smoke in the preparatory year at Northern Borders University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they were divided into two groups. Experimental (15 students), and an officer (15 students). The researcher applied the measure of smoking cessation convictions before the start of the training program on the experimental group and the control in the tribal measurement, then applied the scale again after 8 weeks during which the psychological theater program was applied using the psychodrama on the experimental group without the control, and the study hypotheses were examined Using the Mann-Whitney test for the differences between two independent groups, and the Wilcoxon test for the differences between two non-independent groups, by extracting the value of Z, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the students of the experimental group between the pre and post measurements on the quit conviction scale Smoking, as well as between the average ranks of the degrees of students of the experimental group and the control group in the dimensional measurement, and there were no differences between the dimensional and tracking measures of the members of the experimental group, which means making sure of the extended impact of the Psychodrama program in building convictions of smoking cessation among university students who smoke.
