The research aimed to reveal effect of a proposed model based on Blended learning on developing creativity skills and self-efficacy in Instruction Design for postgraduate students. The research sample consisted of (43) female students in the PhD program of Curricula and Teaching Methods at IMISU randomly distributed into two groups: an experimental group consisted of (21) studied using proposed model, and a control group of (22) studied using the traditional method. The researcher prepared a rubrics of creativity skills to design instructional products: fluency, flexibility, originality, expansion, and sensitivity to problems; and prepared a measure of self-efficacy consisted of 27 phrases measuring three axes: analysis, Strategies, and evaluation. Findings showed a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental and control groups, post-application of the scale of assessment, and the measure of self-efficacy in favor of the average scores of the experimental group. Also, a statistically significant correlation at (0.01) between degrees of self-efficacy in instructional design and the total degree of creativity skills in instructional design.
