          هدف هذه الدراسة إلى الکشف عن فاعلية نموذج قائم على أنسنة التعلم في تنمية التحصيل المهارات الفنية والحياتية والأداء المهاري الفني لدي طالبات الفرقة الثالثة شعبة طفولة، حيث تکونت عينة الدراسة من (90) طالبة؛ (45) طالبة للمجموعة التجريبية، (45) للمجموعة الضابطة. وقد تم إعداد دليل للمعلم، وکتيب للطالبة ، وتم إعداد أدوات الدراسة کالتالى: اختبار تحصيلي في المهارات الفنية والحياتية، ومقياس المهارات الحياتية، وبطاقة تقييم الاداء الفني (إعداد الباحث ), وقد تم ضبطهما إحصائياً وتطبيقهما قبليا وبعدياً على الطالبات مجموعتي الدرسة فعالية نموذج قائم على انسنة التعلم في تنمية التحصيل والاداء الفني وبقاء أثر التعلم لدى الطالبات الفرقة الثالثة شعبة الطفولة, وتم تصحيح الدرجات ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS ver.17 وأظهرت النتائج ما يلي :
-    توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوي (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين " القبلي – البعدى" في المستويات المعرفية للاختبار التحصيلى (تذکر – فهم – تطبيق) کل مستوى على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدى.
-    توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائياً عند مستوي (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة - التجريبية " في التطبيق البعدى لبطاقة تقييم الاداء الفني لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
-    توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائياً عند مستوي (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة - التجريبية " في التطبيق البعدى لمقياس المهارات الحياتية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
     وفى ضوء هذه النتائج يوصى الباحث ما يلي :
1. دراسة أثر استخدام نموذج أنسنة التعلم في تدريس مقررات(المناهج برياض الأطفال) فى تنمية بعض أنماط التفکيرالتباعدي لدي طالبات شعبة الطفولة.
2. إجراء دراسات مماثلة للتعرف علي مدي فاعلية استخدام " أنسنة التعلم " بمراحل تعليمية أخري ( المرحلة الابتدائية - المرحلة الإعدادية – المرحلة الثانوية ).
3. إجراء دراسات لمقارنة مدي فاعلية استخدام " أنسنة التعلم " علي تحصيل المهارات الفنية والحياتية لدي الأطفال ضعاف التناسق الحسي.

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a model based on the humanization of learning in the development of achievement and technical skill performance among students of the third year, kindergarten department. The study sample consisted of (90) students: (45) students of the experimental group, (45) of the control group. A guide for the teacher has been prepared, a booklet for the student, and the study tools have been prepared: a test achievement in technical and life skills (researcher preparation), life skills scale (researcher preparation), and a technical performance assessment card researcher preparation; They were statistically adjusted and applied before and after students on the two groups of the study . The effectiveness of a model based on humanization of learning in the development of achievement and technical performance and the retention of the learning impact of the third year students of the kindergarten department, the grades were corrected and data is processed using the SPSS ver.17 statistical program and the results showed the following:       1- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group in the "pre-dimensional" applications in the cognitive levels of the achievement test (remember - understand - apply) each level separately in favor of the post application.
2-There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of female students of the experimental control group "in the post application of the technical performance evaluation card in favor of the experimental group.
3-      There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of female students of the experimental control group "in the post application of the life skills scale in favor of the experimental group.
            In light of these results, the researcher recommends the following points:

Studying the effect of using the humanization model of learning in teaching courses (curricula in kindergarten) to develop some patterns of divergent thinking among kindergarten students.
Carrying out similar studies to know the effectiveness of using “humanization of learning" in other educational stages (primary stage - preparatory stage - secondary stage).
Conducting studies to compare the effectiveness of the use of "humanization of learning" on the achievement of children with weak sensory coordination and gifted in teaching technical and life skills.
