The importance of The Research that provided a model for the development of the Course of special education department using Blended Learning can be applied to the courses, as well as use it to Blended Learning as modern method of teaching, also The research is interested in development some teaching skills and visual thinking skills for students of Department of Special Education.
The research used the descriptive method to study the reality of Hearing Impairments path and also used the quasi-experimental design measuring pre and post two groups, one experimental and the other Control.
The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences when the level is 0.05 between experimental and control groups in academic achievement test and observation card some of the teaching skills and visual thinking test for the experimental group. These results show the Effectiveness of Development teaching science course for students with Hearing Impairments using Blended Learning in academic achievement and the development of some of the teaching skills and visual thinking for students of Special Education Department - Taif University
