Conclusion: The study aimed to increase the awareness of primary school students about tourism and its importance, and to uncover the dimensions of tourism awareness that primary school students should develop. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study dealt with the concept of tourism, its importance and characteristics, and how to increase students' awareness of the importance of tourism, and presented the most important obstacles to develop tourism awareness in primary schools, including the lack of awareness of its various aspects. This weakens the low awareness of tourism among individuals, the great shortage of specialized and qualified human cadres able to prepare the necessary training programs to develop tourism awareness
The study reached some proposals that increase tourism awareness for primary school pupils, including: Primary school teachers should choose meaningful and appropriate stories for children of this stage, which are concerned with presenting and dealing with situations expressing tourism knowledge, as stories are an important means of instilling knowledge among students, and the need for attention. In school theater in view of the effective role it plays in consolidating awareness in general and tourism awareness in particular of the child and in enhancing his skill and emotional side, and that if the positive attitudes and behaviors that are shown through him are taken advantage of.
