Study summary :The current study aim to identify the effect of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program to reduce psychological stress for mothers of students with hearing impairment in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19). The sample of the study consisted of (20) mothers of students with hearing impairment in the elementary stage, and they were divided into two control and experimental groups, with 10 individuals per group. The study relied on the experimental method, and the study tools consisted of the psychological stress scale(Prepared by: the researcher) and a cognitive behavioral guidance program for mothers of students with hearing impairment Prepared by: The researcher and the results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the members of the experimental and control groups in the telemetry on the total score of the psychological stress scale For mothers of students with hearing impairment in favor of the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group members in the pre and post measurements on the total score of the psychological stress scale for mothers of students with hearing impairment in favor of the post application. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean grades of the experimental group members in the post and tracer measurements on the total score of the psychological stress scale for mothers of students with hearing impairment, after two months of implementing the program.
