The purpose of the current research is to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on the TPACK framework in the light of international standards for language teachers education in developing professional applications and confidence in e-learning among student teachers, the Arabic Language Division. The research group consisted of (92) student teachers in the fourth year, Arabic Language Division and it was divided into two groups: one experimental and the other control. The research materials and instruments included: a list of international standards for language teachers education suitable for student teachers in the Arabic Language Division, a training program based on the TPACK framework in the light of the international standards for language teachers education, a test of professional applications, and a scale of confidence in e-learning, and the training program was applied to the experimental group students. The measurement instruments were pre-post administered to the two research groups, and the results showed that the students of the experimental group outperformed their control counterparts in the test of professional applications as well as the scale of confidence in e-learning, which in turn indicates the effectiveness of the training program in developing professional applications and confidence in e-learning among students teachers, Division of Arabic Language, College of Education.
