هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى إدارة الأزماتوعلاقتها بالضغوط النفسية لدى القيادات الاکاديمية بجامعة الملک خالد أثناء جائحة فيروس کورونا(COVID - 19). وتوضيح الفروق بين المتغيرات إدارة الازمات والضغوط النفسية لدى عينة من القيادات الاکاديمية وفقاً: لنوع الکلية، الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المنصب الإداري. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، استخدمت أدوات ملائمة لتقييم متغيرات الدراسة وهى مقياس إدارة الازمات (اعداد الباحثتين) ومقياس الضغوط النفسية لدى القيادات الاکاديمية أثناء جائحة فيروس کورونا(COVID - 19) (اعداد الباحثتين) تکونت عينة الدراسة من (124) قائد من القيادات الأکاديمية. وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: بلغ مستوى إدارة الأزمات للأبعاد: التلطيف والاستعداد ، والمواجهة والاستجابة ،وأعاده التوازن والبناء ،والتعلم المستمر من الأزمة بوزن نسبي (2.01) ونسبة (67%) وهى درجة متوسطة، بلغ مستوى الضغوط النفسية للأبعاد: المجال الشخصي ومجال العمل بوزن نسبي (2.30) ونسبة (77%) وهى درجة متوسطة لدى القيادات الاکاديمية أثناء جائحة فيروس کورونا، توجد علاقة ارتباطية عکسية بين إدارة الأزمات والضغوط النفسية لدى القيادات الاکاديمية أثناء جائحة فيروس کورونا. کما توجد فروق دالة احصائياً بين إدارة الأزمات والضغوط النفسيةلدى القيادات الاکاديمية أثناء جائحة فيروس کورونا. تعزي لمتغير نوع الکلية ، النوع والخبرة وعدم وجود فروق لمتغير المنصب الإداري. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة إدارة الأزمات بين القيادات الجامعية عن طريق إعداد أدلـة إرشـادية لتوضيح؛ کيفية التعامل مع الأزمات وعقد دورات تدريبية في مجال إدارة الأزمات بصفة دورية.

The Study aimed to recognize crises management level and its Relationship to Psychological Stress Among Academic Leaders at King Khalid University in the light of Coronavirus pandemic(COVID-19).and to clarify the differences between variables of crises management and psychological stress among a sample of academic leaders according to college type, gender, experience years, and administrative position. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method and suitable tools were used to assess the study variables that are : Crises management scale ( prepared by the researchers ) and psychological stress among academic leaders during Coronavirus pandemic(COVID-19) ( prepared by the researchers ) . The study sample consisted of a random sample of (124) leaders of academic staff members and reached the following results: the level of crises management for the dimensions: for mitigation and readiness, confrontation and response, rebalance and a construction and the continuous learning from the crisis reached (2.01) as a relative weight and (67%) percentage that is an average degree . the level of psychological stresses for the dimensions: personal field and work field reached a relative weight of (2.30) and (77%) percentage that is an average degree among academic leaders during Coronavirus pandemic(COVID-19). There is a reverse correlation between crises management and psychological stresses of academic Leaders during Coronavirus pandemic(COVID-19). Also, there are significant statistical difference between crises management and psychological stresses among academic leaders during Coronavirus pandemic(COVID-19) attributed to the variable of college type, gender and experience and there are no difference for the variable of administrative position.
The study recommended the necessity of spreading the culture of crises management among academic leaders by preparing guidelines clarifying how to deal with crises and holding periodical training sessions in the field of crises management.
