استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على وجودالإبداع الانفعالي لدى طلبة کلية التربية جامعة سوهاج، کما استهدفت أيضا معرفة العلاقة بين الإبداع الانفعالى وکل من مستوى الطموح وفعالية الذات. وهدفت الدراسة أيضا إلى التعرف على إمکانية التنبؤ بمستوى الطموح وفعالية الذات من خلال الإبداع الانفعالى. تکونت عينة الدراسة من ( 312 ) طالبا و طالبة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة (عام) بکلية التربية بجامعة سوهاج (75 ذکور ، 237إناث) من تخصصات أکاديمية مختلفة (175 من الشعب العلمية ، 137 من الشعب الأدبية). وقد تراوحت أعمار العينة ما بين ( 21-24سنة) بمتوسط عمرى مقداره (22.09) ، وانحراف معيارى مقداره (62.). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن طلاب الجامعة لديهم مستوى مرتفع منالإبداع الانفعالى. کذلک أوضحت النتائج أن هناک علاقة دالة احصائيا بين الإبداع الانفعالى وکل من مستوى الطموح وفعالية الذات. و قد أشارت نتائج الانحدار المتعدد أن الإبداع الانفعالى يفسر حوالى %10 من التغيرات الحادثة فى مستوى الطموح، کما أنه يفسر حوالى %30 من التغيرات الحادثة فى فعالية الذات.

The Relative Contribution of Emotional Creativity in Predicting the Level of Aspiration and Self- Efficacy for Faculty of Education Students at Sohag University

The present study examined the emotional creativity among University students. Also the study examined the relationship between emotional creativity and the level of asipration. The study also examined the relationship between emotional creativity and self -efficacy. In addition, the current study examined the possibility of predicting the level of aspiration and self efficacy through emotional creativity. The sample of this study consists of (312) from the fourth grade students of college of Education, Sohag University (75 males, 237 females) from different academic majors (75 scientific, 237 literary). The age of participants ranged from 21-24 years with average 22.09 and standard deviation (.62). The results of current study showed an existence an emotional creativity for university students. Also, results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional creativity and the level of aspiration. In addition, results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional creativity and self efficacy. The result of multiple linear regression showed that emotional creativity explains about 10% of the variance of the level of asipration. In addition, the result of multiple linear regression showed that emotional creativity explains 30% of the variance of self efficacy.
