The present study deals with the evaluation methods used by a sample of faculty members at Shakra University and their relation to the quality of the outputs of university education. This study was conducted at Shakra University on a sample of faculty members (171). This study derives its importance from a fundamental pillar in the quality of academic work A process of assessment, which aims to measure and assess the abilities of learners as well as to stand on the extent to which the achievement of behavioral goals and learning outcomes.
The study found that faculty members focus on traditional methods of evaluating students, that the use of modern assessment methods is low, that the level of diversity in the use of evaluation methods was medium, and there is a positive relationship between the level of diversity and outputs of university education, There were no statistically significant differences in the level of use of evaluation methods due to gender variance, professional experience and language of teaching, while there were differences in the level of use of evaluation methods due to specialization and differences are directed to scientific specialization. There are differences in the level of use of evaluation methods due to The salary of the Academy and the differences are directed to the salary of the professor.
