The current study aimed to identify the most important features of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its reflections on industrial technical education. Also, it aimed to prepare a list of labor market skills that must be available to students of industrial technical secondary schools in Egypt in the light of the fourth industrial revolution and the requirements of its development. The researcher followed the descriptive design. The current study used a (questionnaire) as a tool to collect data and reached a list consisted of (4) main skills. Firstly, personal skills: (flexibility, critical and analytical thinking, communication skills, lifelong learning, decision-making, creativity, originality and initiative) including (16) sub-skills. Secondly, technical skills: (equipment maintenance, quality monitoring, figuring out and correcting mistakes, solving complex problems and analyzing and evaluating systems) including (14) sub-skills. Thirdly, social skills: (leadership and social influence, teamwork, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion) including (13) sub-skills. Finally, resources management skills: (material and financial resources management, time management, people management) including (11) sub-skills. The study concluded with pointing out the requirements for developing those previously mentioned skills in the light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
