The objective of this research is to know the effect of using Web Quests Strategy on the acquisition of grammatical concepts, application and retention and the development of self-efficacy among secondary school students, and formed research group of 40 students. In order to search the researchers prepared: A list of grammatical concepts necessary for the students of the first grade secondary, and testing of the acquisition of grammatical concepts and their application, and the measure of self-efficacy, and instructional design site-based Web Quests Strategy, and the teacher's guide for teaching grammar assessed on the first grade secondary students using Web Quests Strategy. Search results have shown by comparing the performance of students of the research group in the two applications pre and post each of: Test grammatical concepts, and the measure of self-efficacy, that there are significant differences at level (0.05), and it was for the post-performance in each of the test grammatical concepts and a measure of self-efficacy, as evidenced by the statistical treatment strategy that Web Quests Strategy reaching as high in the acquisition of grammatical concepts and apply them and keep them alive, and in the development of self-efficacy of students in the research group. As it became clear that the research group students still retain a large degree of grammatical concepts of collection, and that there is a strong correlation between the acquisition and application of grammatical concepts and the development of self-efficacy. In light of these results search out a set of recommendations and proposals were ones; cry from the usual traditional methods of teaching Arabic language, and the need to use Web Quests Strategy in the teaching of Arabic language branches to its importance in achieving many of the educational results.
