The current research aimed to identify the relationship between self-management, work involvement, and vocational satisfaction among a sample of male student counselors and female student counselors at public education administration in Jazan. The research sample comprised (326) student counselors; (143) male student counselors and (183) female student counselors. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, three psychometric scales were created and applied by the Researcher (i.e.; self-management scale, work involvement scale, and vocational satisfaction scale).By using Pearson correlation coefficient; simple linear regression; multiple regression; and the (t) test, results showed that there were statistically significant correlations between self-management and work involvement, and between self-management and vocational satisfaction among the male student counselors and the female student counselors.Moreover, results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the male student counselors and the female student counselors on self-management variable for the favor of female student counselors .In addition, results showed that it is possible to predict the degree of self-management among the male student counselors based on their scores on work involvement, and vocational satisfaction. Likewise, results indicated that it is possible to predict the degree of self-management among the female student counselors based on their scores on work involvement. it is possible to predict the degree of self-management among the whole study sample based on their scores on work involvement, and vocational satisfaction.
