Abstract :
The study aimed: measuring the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the linguistic techniques of negotiation in developing the creative writing skills and Lateral thinking of the outstanding female students in the first year of secondary school. The study sample consisted of outstanding female students in the first year of general secondary school at the secondary school for girls in Fayoum Governorate, where the researchers relied on the experimental design with one experimental group, and its number was (32) students, they were applied the study tools before and after to obtain the results of the study, and the study followed Both of the two approaches: descriptive and experimental, in order to verify the study’s hypotheses. The study relied on the following tools: a list of innovative writing skills, a list of Lateral thinking skills, a teacher's guide to how to use the activities of the proposed program in the study, a student's handbook, then a test of creative writing skills, and a test of outlining thinking skills; After applying the study tools, the study reached the following results: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students (the study sample) in the pre and post applications of the innovative writing test in favor of the post application. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the female students of the experimental group (the study sample) in the pre and post applications of the test of peripheral thinking skills in favor of the post application. The results also confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed program based on negotiation linguistic techniques in developing innovative writing skills and critical thinking among outstanding female students in the first year of secondary school.
