The current research aimed to analyzing the content of the biology book 3 for the third secondary grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to determine the extent to which it includes the scientific values. To achieve this goal, the research used the descriptive approach represented by the content analysis method. The research sample consisted of the biology book 3 for the secondary stage, edition of the academic year 1442-2020. The research tool was to designing a content analysis card for the biology book 3 for the third secondary grade in the light of the scientific values. The research reached the following results: The content analysis card consisted of (28) values distributed over seven areas: Scientific Perseverance, which includes (2) values, Scientific Honesty, which includes (5) values, Curiosity, which includes (6) values, Accepting Criticism, which includes (4) values, Patience and Deliberation in Making Judgments, which includes (4) values, the Appreciation of Science, which includes (4) values, and the Appreciation of Scholars, which includes (3) values. The results also indicated that the highest scientific values included in the content of biology book 3 for the third secondary grade is (Curiosity value) with an inclusion rate of 93% and a very large degree of inclusion, followed by the (Scientific Honesty value) in the second rank with an inclusion rate of 77% and a large degree of inclusion. As for the three values: (Appreciation of Science), (Scientific Perseverance), (Patience and Deliberation in Making Judgments) they occupied the ranks from the third to the fifth with inclusion rates of 32%, 30%, and 28.50%, respectively, and a weak inclusion degree for each of them. While the two values: (Accepting Criticism), (Appreciation of Scholars) occupied the last sixth and seventh ranks with inclusion rates of 19.5% and 18.5%, respectively, and a very weak inclusion degree for each of
