The aim of the current research is to know the effectiveness of a training program to employ some digital technologies; In developing the digital teaching performances of students science teachers at the College of Education, and their attitudes towards them, the research used the quasi-experimental approach, with its two-group design: (experimental and control) with pre and post measurement of the dependent variables. Incorporating digital technologies into science education, on a sample of students of the third year in the scientific department (chemistry - physics) in the academic year (2020/2021) in the first semester, at the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University, consisting of (108) student-teachers of science teachers. The sample was divided into two groups: experimental and control, where the experimental group was studied according to the program for digital technologies, and the program was not taught to the control group. set of results; The most important of which are: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the two measurements: pre and post, for the digital teaching performance observation card, and the scale of the trend towards integrating digital technologies, in favor of the mean scores of the post-measurement, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two research groups (experimental). And the control group) in the post application of the observation card for digital teaching performance, and the measure of the trend towards digital technologies in favor of the experimental group in the two variables.
