The study aimed to identify the reality of applying the dimensions of the Learning organization according to the Marsick & Watkins model at Aswan University from the point of view of faculty members and university leaders, analyzing the internal and external environment of Aswan University and trying to develop a suggested scenario for the possibility of activating these dimensions in Aswan University in the future. On the descriptive analytical method, and applied the scale of Marsick & Watkins modified by the researcher, on a representative sample from different faculties members of Aswan University, and the data was analyzed by using the statistical program SPSS .
The study reached the results of the most important: The dimension of the most studied dimensions of the Organization in the University of Aswan according to the opinion of the sample of the study is the sixth dimension "Connect the organization to its environment", where he got the highest averages of arithmetic, and the lowest dimensions of the Learning organization presence in Aswan University is the fifth dimension: "Empower people toward a collective vision" , The study concluded with a view to the possibility of applying the dimensions of the Learning Organization at Aswan University. The study also recommended the adoption of the standards and regulations of the educated organization and practicing its dimensions in the Egyptian universities.
