The use of differentiated instruction strategies is a response to the advocacy of the idea of differentiated education to confront the problems resulting from teaching to learners who differ in their experiences, cultures, environments, preparations, abilities, interests and tendencies. Therefore, the current research used the quasi-experimental one-group approach to apply a proposed program in school activities based on differentiated teaching. The research tools included an achievement test in the concepts of texture and a scale in nutritional awareness (prepared by the researchers); The research tools were applied before and after the research group, and the following results were reached through the use of appropriate statistical methods:
