This study basically aimed at stating a framework that can contribute in benefiting from the features of the applications of studio secondary schools in both United Kingdom and Australia, and the theoretical framework in developing proposed procedures for the application of studio secondary schools in the development of technical secondary education in Egypt, in line with the nature of the Egyptian society, and the study used the George Bereday approach For comparative studies, The study presented a set of steps, starting with the general framework of the study, then theoretical foundations about of studio secondary schools, as well as the study viewed the some foreign experiences of United Kingdom and Australia in the applications of studio secondary schools, then a presentation of the similarities and differences of experiences in the light of the concepts of social sciences ,then an analysis of the Egyptian efforts in developing of Technical education in the light of the concept of studio secondary schools, Then the last step included proposed procedures for implementing studio secondary schools in the development of technical secondary education in Egypt in the light of the comparative experiences, and in line with the requirements of the Egyptian society.
