The recent research aimed to identify thinking styles according to Sternberg's theory, the level of enjoying life, and the nature of the relationship between thinking styles and enjoying life, as well as to recognize the effect of some demographic variables (age, specification, study level, and social status) on both dependent and independent variables in the recent research. The research sample consisted of (240) female students; their ages ranged from (18-32) years, the mean was 20.96, and the median was 21.00, and standard deviation was 2.22. Sternberg's thinking styles inventory that was translated and Arabized by Abo Hashem, as well as enjoying life measure that was prepared by the researcher were applied to the research sample. After applying statistical methods, the research reached some results which showed that the most thinking style that was used by King Khaled University female students was legislative style, and the least one was the conservative style. Results also showed that there is a significant effect of demographic variables (age, study level, specification) on some thinking styles. The level of enjoying life was high as the percentage was 83.88%, there was no statistically significant effect of specification, age, study level, and social status on enjoying life. There was a statistically significant positive relationship between students' scores on monarchic style and their scores on enjoying life measure. The results were explained according to literature overview, theories, and previous studies.According to recent research results, the researcher suggested somerecommendations and future studies to clarify the scientific and applied value of the recent research.
