The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Solutions Focused Brief Therapy in reducing fear of missing out (FOMO) among Mothers of Children with Disabilities. The study also sought to investigate the effect of reducing FOMO on their death anxiety. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the following tools: the fear of missing out scale (prepared by: the two researchers), the death anxiety scale (prepared by: the two researchers), the proposed treatment program (prepared by: the two researchers), and the measure of the social and economic level (prepared by: Abdulaziz Al-Shakhs, 2014). The clinical interview form (prepared by: Salah Mukhaimer, 1978), and the Sachs test for sentence completion (Arabization: Eman Fawzi Shaheen, 2009). Where the study relied on the experimental approach, the clinical approach, and the tools used in the study were applied to an experimental group of (10) mothers of children with disabilities, and the clinical study tools were applied to one terminal case. The results of the study concluded that the treatment program was effective in reducing fomo among the study sample, and the study sample’s scores decreased on the death anxiety scale due to the decrease in the study sample’s scores on the fomo scale. In the clinical picture before and after application of the program, the peripheral condition obtained the highest score in the pre-application on both the fear of missing out scale and the death anxiety scale. A set of recommendations and suggested research was presented in the light of the results of the study.
