The study aimed to develop a cyber-ethical charter for psychologists from the point of view of the teaching staff in the Faculties of Education in Riyadh, and the study used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire tool that included three axes: the first axis, the principles of ethics, the second axis the ethical objectives and the third axis the content of the ethical charter which includes a moral pact towards oneself, a moral pact towards students, a moral pact towards colleagues , a moral pact towards parents and an ethical charter towards society. The questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of faculty members in colleges of education in universities (Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman, King Saud University, Imam Muhammad bin Saud University) in Riyadh, whose number reached (150) members, and the study reached a group of the most important results are: The average weights of the degrees of the responses of the study sample on the axes of the questionnaire were high, as the second axis came in the first place: the objectives of the ethical covenant, then in the second place came the third axis: the content of the ethical covenant, then in the third place was the first axis: the principles of the ethical covenant. Moreover, the results showed the existence of Statistically significant differences at a significance level (0.05) between the responses of the sample members to the questionnaire summarized according to the gender variables (male - female), in favor of males, and the university rank (assistant professor - associate professor - professor) in favor of a professor, and the study ended with an ethical charter that governs the work of the psychologist through cyberspace.
