This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing Organizational Citizenship Behavior by governmental schools’ leaders in Riyadh city, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the view point of teachers; to specify the statistically significant differences in sample viewpoints toward the degree of practicing Organizational Citizenship Behavior by governmental schools’ leaders in terms of academic stage and experience variables. The researcher used the analytical surveying method through applying a questionnaire on random stratified sample with no. (380) teachers who work in primary, intermediate and secondary schools in Riyadh city.
The most important results are that governmental education schools’ leaders practice Organizational Citizenship Behavior with intermediate degree from teachers’ viewpoint. In the first rank, there was (Civic Virtue), followed by (Compliance) dimension, then (Courtesy) dimension, and (Altruism) dimension, finally (Sportsmanship) dimension. In addition, the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences from sample viewpoints toward the total degree of practicing Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its dimensions (Altruism, Courtesy, Compliance, and Civic Virtue) of school’s leaders according to academic stage variable in favor of secondary teachers. Furthermore, there are statistically significant differences from the sample viewpoint toward practicing Organizational Citizenship Behavior with its dimensions (Courtesy, Compliance, and Civic Virtue) of school’s leaders according to experience variable in favor of teachers with experience from 10 years to less than 15 years.
