The study aimed to know the roles of academic advising at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in enhancing the Saudi national character according to Vision 2030, and to identify the requirements necessary to enhance the Saudi national character according to Vision 2030 and to clarify the challenges it faces; The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (70) academic advisors at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The questionnaire was built as a tool for the study.
The study reached the following results; The study subjects agree to a (moderate) degree on the role of academic advising at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in enhancing the Saudi national character in accordance with Vision 2030, with an arithmetic mean of (2.66), and in the following order: Ensuring equal access to education and training - promoting academic advising programs The values of tolerance, justice, and transparency, and the study subjects agree to a (very large) degree with the necessary requirements in academic advising at Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University to enhance the Saudi national character according to Vision 2030, with an arithmetic mean of (4.32),The most prominent requirements: Spreading a culture of tolerance among students with each other and with others - Training academic advisors at the university on programs to enhance the national character, and the study individuals agree to a (very large) degree on the challenges facing academic advising at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University to enhance the national character Saudi Arabia, according to Vision 2030, with an average of (4.43)
