This Study aimed to identify gender differences in Metacognitive Factors to university students, the relationship between Metacognitive Factor , Self – Presentation Strategies, and Avoidance Personality Disorder, and the extent to which Metacognitive Factors contribute to the prediction of Self – Presentation Strategies, and Avoidance Personality Disorder. The sample consists of (91) male, and (112) female students from first grade of Faculty of Education from Minia university, mean average (19.513) years, and stander deviation (0.378). The tools of the study are: Metacognitive Factors scale prepared by Abd-Ellrahman (2016), Self – Presentation Strategies scale among university students prepared by the researcher, and Avoidance Personality Disorder scale prepared by the researcher The following results were showed: No statistically significant differences between males and females of metacognitive factors to university students.Negative Statistically significant correlation relationships were found between Metacognitive Factors and Assertive Self - Presentation Strategies at 0.01 level, and Positive Statistically significant correlation relationships were found between Metacognitive Factors and Defensive Self - Presentation Strategies at 0.01 level to university students.Positive Statistically significant correlation relationships were found between Metacognitive Factors and Avoidance Personality Disorder to university students. at 0.01 level.The scores of Metacognitive Factors contributed to predicting their scores in Self - Presentation Strategies to university students.The scores of Metacognitive Factors contributed to predicting their scores in Avoidance Personality Disorder to university students.
