The objective to identify the psychological and educational requirements of pandemics based on what has been observed in the reality of Covid-19 studies, and the future vision from the responses of academics and psychological and educational practitioners in the Sultanate of Oman. referential activity analysis was used. The sample of (108) individuals, including academics and practitioners, Results reached four Visions : First, the necessity of concepts and terminology related to the psychological, administrative, and curriculum aspects in light of any future pandemic. The means of the referential activity analysis (concreteness , Specification ,clarity, Imaginary) between (4.37 - 5.90), which falls into three levels of referential activity analysis : slightly low, slightly high, and moderately high. Secondly, the human personality and impact on pandemics the means came between (4.82 - 5.19) which falls on the simple moderate level. Thirdly, the need to prepare for the causes and requirements of the difficulties of educational management in pandemics to a high degree, as their means came between (4.55 - 5.50), which represents the scale, which is slightly low and slightly high. Fourthly, The suitability of curricula and their preparation for the future of pandemics is in high demand, as their means came between (4.40 -5.015). .Based on the findings of the research, recommendations were made for the three fields (psychological, educational administration, and educational curricula) in light of any future pandemic.
