This Research Aimed to Measure the Effect of the Interaction of the Infographic Style (Animated - Interactive) in a Digital Learning Environment, and the Cognitive Style (Impulsivity - Deliberation) on Cognitive Achievement and the Development of Computer Use Skills Among Students of Commercial Institutes. The Research Sample Included a Random Sample of (134) Female Students. A Female Student, From the First Year, in the Management Information Systems Division, at the Higher Institute for Specific Studies in Giza; This Research Also Used the Descriptive Studies Approach. The Quasi-Experimental Approach, and the Research Tools Were a Cognitive Achievement Test to Measure the Cognitive Aspects of the Skills of Using Microsoft Office Excel 2013, as Well as a Note Card to Measure the Performance Aspects. The Results of the Research Resulted in the Effectiveness of the Infographic Style (Animated - Interactive), The Cognitive Style (Deliberate - Impulsive) Affects Cognitive Achievement and Developing Skills in Using Microsoft Office Excel 2013. The Highest Effect was on the Achievement of Cognitive Aspects and Performance Aspects Among the Students of the Third Experimental
