The purpose of this study is to figure out the impact of the proposed leadership based value model at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in developing educational attainment and facing the challenges of distance education during COVID-19 pandemic in the course of Ecology. The current study is a mixed study (qualitative and quantitative). The study adopts the experimental approach of semi experimental design. The research sample consisted of (163) fourth-level students in the Department of Biology at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, (81) in the experimental group, and (82) in the control group, and consisted of research tools from a learning test and self-reflection records of the professor of course. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences (at the ≤0.05) score between the two groups in the academic achievement test in favor of the experimental group students. The results also showed an impact on the proposed model in Overcoming the challenges of distance education during the COVID-19 pandemic.
