The current research aimed to identify the requirements for disseminating digital culture for general secondary education teachers in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was a tool for it. The sample of the current research represented a group of general secondary education teachers (780), and the research reached results, the most important of which are: : Low provision of a system for monitoring students’ progress through electronic educational platforms, The lack of guidance for students on mechanisms for dealing with modern technology in the teaching and learning processes. One of the obstacles to spreading digital culture for general secondary education teachers in light of the industrial revolution is the lack of financial allocations for designing and developing programs, renewing the school’s infrastructure, and the digital training programs that the school administration provides for teachers, and the weak ownership of teachers. For the skills necessary to use modern electronic communications means.
Based on these results, procedural recommendations are presented for disseminating digital culture for general secondary education teachers in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
