The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed vision to activate the role of wise management to confront organizational silence among a sample of basic education school teachers in Aswan Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of teachers amounting to (520) teachers. The research included four sections, the first section: the general framework of the research, the second: the theoretical framework for both wise management, organizational silence, and The theoretical principles of wisdom management of managers and its role in reducing organizational silence of teachers . third-includes: The theoretical reality of wisdom management and organizational silence for basic education school teachers in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and field study procedures, fourth: research results and proposed vision. Among the most important findings of the research are the following: The practice of wise management among basic education school principals was average, and the lowest averages were obtained after participation, which indicates that school principals lack participation with teachers to accomplish work. The results of the research also showed that practicing organizational silence for teachers it was average, and after submissive silence, the highest averages were obtained, which indicates that teachers may fear reprimand or fear of dismissal and exclusion, so they prefer to remain silent. The results also showed that there is an inverse relationship between the dimensions of wise management as an independent variable and organizational silence as a dependent variable, and the coefficient values were the correlation is statistically significant at the 0.01 level. This means that the less the practice of wise management dimensions, the greater the silence.
