Clarifying the educational requirements of the secondary school teacher to deal with the students' theological questions as seen by education experts. A statement of the reality of the availability of educational requirements for the secondary school teacher to deal with the students' religious questions as seen by the supervisors of Sharia sciences. Clarifying the ways to activate the educational requirements of the secondary school teacher to deal with the students' questions on theology as seen by the supervisors of Sharia sciences.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information Where the researcher designed two questionnaires to achieve the objectives of the study, where the first questionnaire was directed to (experts) to determine the requirements and the second questionnaire was directed to (forensic science supervisors) to identify the reality of the availability of requirements and ways to activate them. The number of (67) supervisors in the city of Riyadh, where the study tool was applied to all members of the community (the supervisors of Sharia sciences) as a whole, and the researcher obtained a number of (62) responses from members of the community, representing a percentage of 95.5%. (24) Experts from education and faith experts were chosen in a simple random way.
The study reached a number of results, most notably the following:
The study reached a high result in the approval of the education experts on the educational requirements of the secondary school teacher to deal with the students’ Theological questions in terms of requirements related to the teacher’s Theological formation, requirements related to the teacher’s professional training, requirements related to receiving questions, and requirements related to answering questions, with an arithmetic average ranging (4.52-4.39), and among the most prominent requirements that got high response scores are (the teacher’s familiarity with the principles of Islamic faith from the correct sources), (developing the teacher’s persuasion skill) and (giving the student the opportunity to ask his question).
The study found a high result in approval about the reality of the availability of educational requirements for the secondary school teacher to deal with the students’ theological questions. It came to a great degree of approval, as the arithmetic average reached (3.72), and among the most prominent requirements available (the teacher is familiar with the origins of the Islamic faith from the correct sources) and (The teacher encourages the student and instills confidence in him and raises his morale).
The study reached a high result in approval about ways to activate the educational requirements of the secondary school teacher to deal with the students’ questions of the theological level. It came to a very large degree of approval, as the arithmetic average reached (4.34), and one of the most prominent ways of activation is (good preparation for the lesson and for the questions expected to be asked by students) and (setting periodic workshops in the field of theological education).
