The current study aims to reveal the relationship of talent management strategies to institutional excellence in the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait. By following the descriptive, correlational approach, the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for the study, which was distributed to the study sample consisting of (60) deputy ministers and directors of educational districts who work in the Ministry. Kuwaiti Education: (56) questionnaires suitable for analysis have been approved. The results of the study revealed that the reality of selling talent management strategies (talent development strategies, retention and motivation strategies, selection and recruitment strategies in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education) was at a high degree. The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant correlation between talent management strategies and institutional excellence in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education. The study recommended studying the reality of applying talent management strategies in the ministry’s general office at different job grades and in some educational areas, to shed light on the weaknesses and challenges facing the administrative process in this regard.
