The objective of the research is to identify the trends of mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons, and the challenges they face in the electronic preparation. The researcher has adopted the descriptive curriculum. The research tool was a questionnaire containing (32) a two-axis paragraph: First: Trends of mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons and includes (20) a paragraph, second: Challenges faced by mathematics teachers in the electronic preparation of lessons and included a paragraph (12). The research sample consisted of 140 mathematics teachers in the Jazan region. Research results showed that the trends of mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons occurred at a (high) degree, indicating the positive trend of teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons. The results of the research also showed that the challenges faced by mathematics teachers in the electronic preparation of the lesson were (high), and that the most challenges were: Weak infrastructure and Internet, few training programmes on electronic preparation of lessons, weak levels of substantive support, lack of electronic manual for the preparation of lessons, Increasing the teaching burden of some teachers, weak technical expertise of some teachers, The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between teachers' responses to the trends of mathematics teachers towards electronic preparation of lessons attributable to research variables (scientific qualification, years of experience).
in the light of the findings; Some recommendations were made, most notably:
- Promote positive trends for mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons.
- Design of training programmes for mathematics teachers to prepare lessons electronically.
- Work to provide all material possibilities that facilitate the use of e-learning platforms.
- Provision of an electronic guide for the preparation of lessons on the main facade of my school platform.
- Reducing teachers' teaching burden.
Instructing educational supervisors to provide feedback that contributes to the success of the online preparation of lessons.
