This study aims to explore the role of Egyptian universities in promoting environmental sustainability culture, focusing on a sample of students from Mansoura University. The study sample consisted of 180 male and female students, and the study tool was a questionnaire comprising 40 items. The results revealed that the mean score for the overall reality of environmental sustainability culture among university students was 3.58, indicating a moderate level. Additionally, the study found that the mean score for Mansoura University's performance in promoting environmental sustainability culture from the students' perspective was 4.05, reflecting a high level. The results also showed that the mean score for the obstacles to promoting environmental sustainability culture among Mansoura University students was 3.44, indicating a moderate level. Furthermore, the mean score for the future vision to enhance environmental sustainability culture among Mansoura University students was 3.52, also indicating a moderate level. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations was proposed.
