This study aims to investigate how graduate female students perceive the use of ChatGPT in learning, including its advantages and obstacles, in light of the Artificial Intelligence revolution. It clarifies the uses of ChatGPT in the field of education to determine how students feel about using ChatGPT in their learning. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive analytical survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire was distributed randomly from King Saud University, Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, and Princess Nourah University The sample of the research electronically to 436 students via Google Drive . The results showed that, in general, the students had a positive opinion about the ChatGPT application. The advantages of ChatGPT included its ability to help students save time and effort, provide information in various fields, and translate study materials into different languages for easier access. The students also mentioned several barriers preventing graduate students at Riyadh universities from using ChatGPT, the most significant of which were a lack of knowledge about ChatGPT’s features, functions, and uses, limited academic support to help students effectively use Artificial Intelligence applications, and the need for significant guidance from the user to receive accurate answers. The study recommended developing programs and plans to integrate ChatGPT into higher education, providing academic support (both material and moral) to encourage students to effectively use Artificial Intelligence applications, and creating and standardizing a scale to measure students' perceptions and awareness of Artificial Intelligence applications in the educational process.
