كفايات معلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية "رؤية مقترحة"

يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد وتحليل الكفايات اللازمة لمعلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية؛ ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لجمع، وتحليل، ونقد الأدبيات التربوية ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث؛ من أجل استخلاص وتكوين الإطار المنهجي المحدد للبحث، وبناء الإطار النظري لكفايات معلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية؛ ورصد الواقع الميداني لرؤية أعضاء هيئة التدريس لكفايات معلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية؛ ومن ثم بناء الرؤية المقترحة لكفايات معلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية.
وقد استلزم ذلك إعداد استبانة لتعرف رؤية أعضاء هيئة التدريس لواقع كفايات معلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية، وتكونت عينة البحث من ( 100 ) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض كليات التربية ببعض الجامعات المصرية من التخصصات المختلفة، خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2024- 2025؛ وذلك لتحقيق هدف البحث.
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية من وجهة نظر عينة البحث عن وجود ثمانية محاور رئيسة تمثلت في؛ كفايات الذكاء البشري وأنسنة التعليم، وكفايات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتكنولوجيا، وكفايات الذكاء المعزز، وكفايات إنسانية وأخلاقية، وكفايات التعلم المتمركز حول الطالب، وكفايات الاستدامة والاهتمام بالقضايا البيئية، وكفايات المرونة والقدرة على التكيف، والكفايات الوجدانية، وتوصل البحث إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة لكفايات معلم الجيل الخامس في ضوء مستجدات عصر الثورة الصناعية؛ تمثلت في أهداف، ومنطلقات، ومتطلبات، وآليات، ومعوقات قد تواجه تنفيذ الرؤية المقترحة.

This research aims to monitor and analyses the competencies required for the fifth-generation teacher considering the developments of the industrial revolution era. To achieve this, the research used the descriptive-analytical approach to collect, analyses, and critique educational literature related to the research topic. This is to extract and form the specific methodological framework for the research and build the theoretical framework for the competencies of the fifth-generation teacher considering the developments of the industrial revolution era. It also monitors the field reality of the faculty members’ vision of the competencies of the fifth-generation teacher considering the developments of the industrial revolution era. Then, it builds the proposed vision for the competencies of the fifth-generation teacher considering the developments of the industrial revolution era.
This required preparing a questionnaire to identify the faculty members’ vision of the reality of the competencies of the fifth-generation teacher considering the developments of the industrial revolution era. The research sample consisted of (100) faculty members in some faculties of education in some Egyptian universities from different specializations, during the first semester of the academic year 2024-2025; to achieve the research objective.
The results of the field study, from the perspective of the research sample, revealed eight main themes: human intelligence competencies and humanization of education, artificial intelligence and technology competencies, augmented intelligence competencies, human and ethical competencies, student-cantered learning competencies, sustainability competencies and concern for environmental issues, flexibility and adaptability competencies, and emotional competencies. The research concluded with a proposed vision for the competencies of the fifth-generation teacher considering the developments of the industrial revolution era; it was represented in goals, starting points, requirements, mechanisms, and obstacles that may face the implementation of the proposed vision.
